I am simply an observer as you scale your mountains, while I navigate my own.

I watch you closely to help guide you through the cliffs.

About Me:

Growing up in a boarding school environment surrounded by diverse cultures, perspectives, and lived experiences. It often felt like living inside a book — each person carrying their own story. This early exposure to different narratives sparked a deep curiosity about people, emotions, and the meaning we make of our lives — a curiosity that continues to guide my work as a psychotherapist.

I later spent over a decade in Bangalore, a city known for its cultural richness and contrasts. Living there deepened my appreciation for Southern culture and further shaped how I understand identity, belonging, and shared human experiences. These formative years continue to influence how I listen, how I hold space, and how I approach therapy with care and cultural sensitivity.

I believe deeply in the transformative power of inner work and see healing as an evolving, lifelong process. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, reconnect with themselves, and uncover strengths that may feel out of reach in difficult moments. My role is not to “fix,” but to support, reflect, and help you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and with others.

I draw from a rich blend of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Existential, Adlerian, Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Attachment Styles, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ACT. My aim is not only to equip you with practical tools to navigate life's challenges but also to help you cultivate a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.

I offer a personalized experience tailored to your unique needs, supporting children, adolescents, youth, and young adults. Whether you're seeking healing, change, or a better understanding of yourself, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
